Woods Chapel Church Adoption Resource Foundation Adoption/Foster Care Application
NOTE: Our grants are available to families living in Missouri, Kansas, and boarding States. We appreciate your consideration for assistance with our Foundation.
The Woods Chapel Church Adoption Resource Foundation application must be completed in full to be considered for funding.
All disbursement funds will be paid only to an approved agency or third-party administrator. NO individual shall ever receive funds directly.
Funding will be approved for the following expenses: agency, medical, dental, airline, attorney, and educational. Other expenses must be approved by the Woods Chapel Church Missions Director and the Adoption Resource Foundation Board.
This acknowledges the committee’s receipt of your application.
Applications are reviewed weekly by the Adoption Resource Board.
The committee will reach out to the applicant within 10 days, notifying them of approval or denial of a grant from the foundation.
